His compatriot Robin van Thillo and Q-Jewel’s Touch of Quality took third place with 31.14 seconds.
Albert: "Of course I'm very happy. Yesterday I had one mistake, but today
went super. I've only had this horse for a couple of months. She's a
black 13-year-old mare and we purchased her from Abdel Saïd. She really
looks like a horse for the future. I've brought two horses with me to Rotterdam and I love it here. I've never had the chance to compete here before and I'm really enjoying it. I have six horses in total and since september they have been stabled at Vincent Voorn's. I'n still in school in my home country and travel to The Netherlands to train in the weekends and holidays. When I'm not there, Vincent's team trains them and takes care of them. This is my first year in the Juniors and I'm only fourteen, but the European Championship will be held at De Peelbergen here in The Netherlands so we'll give it our all."
