Victory for Dinja van Liere and Hartsuijker in CDN presented by Luxaflex
Six combinations managed to score 70 % or more in Wednesday's final competition. Dutch rider Dinja van Liere outshone all and took the win. With Hartsuijker, she scored 73.369%. Compatriot Hans Peter Minderhoud and GLOCK’s Toto JR. placed second with 73.022%. Marieke van der Putten and Torveslettens Titanium RS2 N.O.P. took third place with 72.804%.
Dinja also placed fourth with Vita di Lusso. They were the fourth combination to cross the 72% mark: 72.717%. Ecuador's Julio Mendoza Loor and Jewel’s Goldstrike came in fifth place with 71.804%. The final combination to score more than 70% was Dutch rider Devenda Dijkstra with Hero: 71.283%.
This concluded the first day of the 75th CHIO Rotterdam. A wonderfully sunny day, in terms of the weather as much as the results. Tomorrow we will be back bright and early (07.30 hours) to welcome the competitors in the National Dressage Grand Prix Special. After that, the international competitors take to the arena in the 5* Grand Prix, which also counts towards the end result in the FEI Nations Cup Dressage. The eight nations competing in the FEI Nations Cup Dressage will begin at 9.35 hours. The first showjumping competition of the day will be held at 16.10 hours.
