José María Larocca Jr. winner of the Dura Vermeer Prize
South American succes in the first jumping competition on Thursday at the 75th CHIO Rotterdam. Argentina's José María Larocca Jr. takes home the win in the Dura Vermeer Prize, a 1.45m-jumping competition in two phases.
The Argentinian rider managed to stay in the clear in both phases, setting a time of 30.08 in phase two. This proved just too tough for Dutch riders Hessel Hoekstra and Pim Mulder to beat. Hoekstra set a time of 30.14 seconds with Iedita, followed closely by Mulder with Dunaghmore in 30.96 seconds.
