The Danish are in a winning mood
After the Danish football players winning their round at the European Championships yesterday, today there was also a Danish winner in Rotterdam. Emil Hallundbaek and Paris took first prize in the Indofin prize. It was a Scandinavian affair with Norwegian rider Johan Sebastian Gulliksen in second place and the Swede Rolf Göran Bengtsson finishing third.
Fifteen combinations entered the arena for this 1,45m jumping competition against the clock. Eight combinations managed to clear the course without any faults. Second to start, Hallundbaek set the tone for the rest of the field with a speedy time of 57.37 seconds.
Best home rider was Sanne Thijssen with Genasis. The Dutch rider finished in fourth place.
