Daniel Coyle has won the Port of Rotterdam Prize. The Irish former winner of the Grand Prix of Rotterdam gave it his all to secure victory in Thursday's final competition.

Coyle, winner of the Grand Prix of Rotterdam in 2022, was fifth to appear in the arena in this 1,55 m-jumping competition against the clock. His grey gelding Incredible lived up to his name by soaring across the obstacles at an incredible pace guided by Coyle to remain in the clear. The combination set a time of 63.81 seconds, which proved too quick for the rest of the field.

France's Kevin Staut came in second with Vida Loca Z in a time of 65.05 seconds. There was also some cause for celebration for the home crowd: Dutchman Leopold van Asten and VDL Groep Nino du Roton stayed clear in a time of 65.60 seconds to complete the podium.
